Manager Franchisee Expansion

- Develop and execute a strategic expansion plan aligned with company goals.
- Source, screen, and engage and convert potential franchise partners.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to educate candidates on the business model and franchise opportunity.
- Manage the franchisee application and approval process from initial contact through to agreement signing.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize franchise agreements and ensure compliance with franchise guidelines
- Oversee a seamless onboarding process in coordination with training and operations teams
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify expansion opportunities
- Provide data-driven insights to refine expansion strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the expansion and setup phases
- Report regularly to senior management on progress against expansion targets.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly franchise development KPIs
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong market research capabilities.
- Understanding of franchise laws, regulations, and legal agreements.
- Ability to travel as required for market visits and franchisee meetings.
