  • Develop and execute a strategic expansion plan aligned with company goals.
  • Source, screen, and engage and convert potential franchise partners.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to educate candidates on the business model and franchise opportunity.
  • Manage the franchisee application and approval process from initial contact through to agreement signing.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize franchise agreements and ensure compliance with franchise guidelines
  • Oversee a seamless onboarding process in coordination with training and operations teams
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify expansion opportunities
  • Provide data-driven insights to refine expansion strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the expansion and setup phases
  • Report regularly to senior management on progress against expansion targets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly franchise development KPIs

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong market research capabilities.
  • Understanding of franchise laws, regulations, and legal agreements.
  • Ability to travel as required for market visits and franchisee meetings.
