Manager Franchisee Expansion

- Create and implement a strategic expansion plan that aligns with company goals.
- Source, screen, engage, and convert potential franchise partners.
- Give presentations and hold meetings to inform candidates about the business model and franchise opportunity.
- Oversee the franchisee application and approval process from initial contact to agreement signing.
- Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to complete franchise agreements and ensure adherence to franchise guidelines.
- Manage a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with training and operations teams.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behaviour to spot expansion opportunities.
- Offer data-driven insights to improve expansion strategies.
- Serve as the main contact during expansion and setup phases.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward expansion targets.
- Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly franchise development KPIs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset combined with strong market research skills.
- Understanding franchise laws, regulations, and legal agreements.
- Willingness to travel as needed for market visits and franchisee meetings.
