  • Create and implement a strategic expansion plan that aligns with company goals.

  • Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to complete franchise agreements and ensure adherence to franchise guidelines.
  • Manage a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with training and operations teams.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behaviour to spot expansion opportunities.
  • Offer data-driven insights to improve expansion strategies.
  • Serve as the main contact during expansion and setup phases.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward expansion targets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly franchise development KPIs.

  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset combined with strong market research skills.
  • Understanding franchise laws, regulations, and legal agreements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for market visits and franchisee meetings.
