As a Human Resources intern at Confluencr, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to support in employment engagement, document management, travel itinerary making, vendor management, and recruitment processes.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
  • Managing and organizing HR documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for employees, including booking accommodations and transportation.
  • Supporting vendor management activities by maintaining relationships with external partners and ensuring timely payments.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Participating in onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team, such as handling phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing meetings.
