Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening, calling candidates, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
  • Support HR operations: onboarding, documentation, ID creation, induction.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Help maintain attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
  • Draft HR emails, notices, and internal communication.
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies and SOP documentation.
  • Support exit processes and maintaining employee files.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills Hindi & english
  • Basic understanding of HR functions.
  • Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Educational Qualification

  • Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (HR), or related field.
