Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

  • Recruitment & Coordination:
  • Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across portals.
  • Support in onboarding and documentation of new interns/employees.
  • Daily HR Operations (Full-day Support):
  • Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR databases.
  • Prepare offer letters, internship letters, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day HR queries and communication.
  • Training & Induction:
  • Support HR in conducting induction sessions for new joiners.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training schedules.
  • Engagement & Culture:
  • Help organize team activities, celebrations, and engagement events.
  • Work with the HR Executive to build a positive and energetic workplace culture.
  • Performance & Feedback Tracking:
  • Help track intern performance, collect feedback, and prepare basic evaluation sheets.
  • Admin Support (As Needed):
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain checklists, reports, and HR trackers.
