Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. You will assist in daily HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and data management. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance reports.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Assist with performance management and feedback tracking.
  • Help draft HR-related documents like offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth HR process flow.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or related field) or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
