About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic HR Interns who are eager to build their careers in Human Resources and gain exposure in Business Development. This internship offers a unique blend of learning opportunities in HR recruitment, client interaction, and business growth activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
- Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers for staffing requirements.
- Support business development activities such as client communication and lead follow-ups.
- Contribute to day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
- Participate in learning sessions and team discussions to understand HR and business processes.
