About the Internship:

Acmegrade is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, learn best practices in talent acquisition, and contribute to the growth of our organization. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates:
    Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various online channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks).
  • Explore and recommend new sourcing channels.
  • Be a part of campus recruitment drives at various educational institutions.
  • Screening and Initial Assessment:
    Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Administrative Support:
    Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and possess a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
