Role Description

We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Intern to join our team in Bengaluru.

This is a full-time, on-site internship designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience across the HR function.

About the Role

As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in:

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition- sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Onboarding- ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires
  • Employee engagement- assisting with activities, communication, and culture initiatives
  • HR operations- maintaining employee records and supporting daily HR processes
  • Process improvement- helping document and enhance HR workflows

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions, policies, and employee benefits
  • Experience or interest in recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Eager to learn about end-to-end HR processes and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
