Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a
Human Resources Intern
based in
Bengaluru
.

The selected candidate will primarily assist the HR team in
recruitment and training functions
, including:

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience.
  • Supporting the design, development, and execution of employee training and development programs.
  • Maintaining accurate HR data and training records, and preparing related reports.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives and engagement activities related to recruitment and learning.
  • Assisting with other HR operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with
    Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
    , particularly
    recruitment and training processes
    .
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills
    to engage effectively with candidates and employees.
  • Organizational ability with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen interest in
    learning, people development, and HR strategy
    .
  • Academic background in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
    .
  • Previous internship or coursework in HR, training, or talent acquisition will be an advantage.
