Job Description

Gaura Nitai Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team for a 3-month internship program. This internship comes with an opportunity to be converted into a full-time permanent role based on performance, skills, and business requirements.

This role is perfect for fresh graduates or HR students who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement within a fast-growing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires and interns.
  • Maintain and update employee data and HR records in internal systems.
  • Help plan and conduct employee engagement activities, HR events, and team sessions.
  • Draft and support preparation of HR documents, policies, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in Recruitment, HR operations, and People Management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Self-driven, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
