Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate International Patient Coordinator to join our medical tourism company. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving and assisting international patients at different hospitals/hotels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, be able to work independently, have a passion for helping others, and can drive company car for work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Help international patients and their families in availing medical treatment/surgery at our partner hospitals
  • Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
  • Provide timely coordination between patient, hospital, hotel and internal team responsible for operations
  • Communicate with international patients/families regarding appointments, care plans, financial, health and concierge resources available
  • Manage patient expectations and ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient interactionsQualifications:
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field with 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration, medical tourism, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field with 3+ years' experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skills and license to drive car.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for helping others.
