Lead Patient Care Services

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee patient care operations, ensuring seamless and efficient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement standardized processes for front office, admission, and discharge operations with proactive approach.
  2. Ensure effective manpower planning and optimal deployment across all patient care areas.
  3. Plan and coordinate for future expansion and growth of the department.
  4. Collaborate closely with clinical, diagnostic, and treatment teams to deliver delightful patient experience.
  5. Supervise front office operations and staffing on daily basis.
  6. Design, conduct, and coordinate training programs to upskill and engage the team.
  7. Oversee departmental operations, including staffing levels, process and system evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Analyze and document operating procedures to identify opportunities and develop solutions for enhancing efficiency.
  9. Work in close coordination with hospital departments to ensure service excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Master's/Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field, with 12+ years of experience (including leadership in patient care operations).
  2. Operational expertise: Strong experience in managing both outpatient and inpatient services, including admissions, discharge, and front office operations.
  3. Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead large teams, ensure effective manpower planning, and drive training & development initiatives.
  4. Patient-Centric Approach: Deep commitment to delivering seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient experiences across all touchpoints.
  5. Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Ability to plan for department growth, implement process improvements, and coordinate effectively with clinical, diagnostic, and support teams.
