Job Title: Senior Patient Care Coordinator

This is a leadership role that oversees the delivery of high-quality patient care. It involves coordinating administrative duties, supervising nursing staff, and monitoring medical records to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record patients' medical records and monitor vital signs accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervise nursing staff and monitor their needs to provide support and guidance as required.
  • Coordinate daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care plans.
  • Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in accordance with established protocols.
  • Mentor and train new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor medical charts and provide compassionate care and assistance to patients and families as needed.
  • Liaise with doctors and administrators to communicate any changes or updates to staff.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping practices are maintained at all times.
  • Identify issues or emergencies and respond promptly and effectively.
