Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator, located in Noida. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, providing care coordination, and ensuring effective communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate medical records, and using appropriate medical terminology. The role requires excellent phone etiquette and a compassionate approach to patient care. The Patient Care Coordinator will work closely with medical staff to ensure a seamless treatment experience for patients.
