Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹18,000-20,000 (In Hand)
Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, one weekly off

Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product guidance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance – Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat. - Issue Resolution – Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and patience, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Product Knowledge – Maintain a strong understanding of our spiritual products to offer accurate information and recommendations.
- Follow-ups & Retention – Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Documentation – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the system.
- Collaboration – Work closely with other departments to enhance customer service and streamline support processes.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. - Empathetic and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience
6 months – 2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or support roles. - Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are also welcome.
