Scope of Senior Customer Support Executive:
The Customer Support Executive plays a critical role in ensuring accurate quoting, offering, and timely delivery of products to the right locations. By collaborating with the commercial team, they contribute to the company's growth and maintain its overall success by ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in tender preparation, document preparation, and bid submissions
- Provide accurate quotations and price working to internal team members and customers.
- Handle import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
- Process customer orders, generate invoices, and plan domestic supplies.
- Generate and maintain reports on orders, quotes, and shipments.
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in the life sciences or distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of import and export processes, regulations, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
