Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Experience: Fresher/Experienced both can apply
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product/service information to customers.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (calls, responses, resolutions).
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
- Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
