Senior Business Development Executive

Company Overview SureSupply – Abelia Platform Services Pvt Ltd is a managed manufacturing platform that supplies engineering components to OEMs through their verified MSME manufacturers across India. We handle the complete supply process from RFQ to delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time execution across machining, casting, fabrication, and other precision manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach customer companies for new business opportunities.
- Generate and manage qualified RFQs; coordinate with engineering and pricing teams for quotation preparation.
- Understand technical drawings, materials, and processes before confirming feasibility.
- Handle techno-commercial discussions and close orders within approved profit margins.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers and ensure timely order execution follow-up.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales and pipeline reports.
- Maintain lead and order data accurately in company reports.
- Support vendor registration and documentation activities with OEMs when require
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering + MBA (Optional).
- Experience: 2–5 years of industrial sales or business development experience dealing with OEMs / Tier-1s. Preferred experience in EV Industry sales.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of all type of manufacturing processes. (Casting, Machining, Injection Molding, 3D Printing, Fabrication, Forging)
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation ability.
- Capability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Self-driven with result-oriented approach and ability to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in Excel / CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
Compensation :- Total CTC – 10 Lakhs per annum (Uncapped)
