Job Title: Business Development Executive /Senior Business Development Executive

Job Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 1 to 6 Years

Shift: 6.30 PM -3.30 AM IST: Monday to Friday

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description:

Futurism Technology is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for engaging with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Should have experience between 2 to 4 years.
  • Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present solutions effectively.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and nurture them through personalized communication strategies.
  • Stay updated on competitors offerings and leverage this knowledge in sales pitches.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to CXO-level stakeholders to build trust and drive conversions.
  • Focus exclusively on the US market, ensuring alignment with its unique demands and expectations.

Must have Skills:

  • Scheduling Proficiency: Skilled in scheduling meetings with prospects efficiently.
  • Lead Nurturing: Expertise in nurturing prospects and leads through personalized communication channels, such as calls, customized emails, LinkedIn InMail, etc.
  • Competitive Sales Experience: Prior experience working with competitors in selling software development services.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective client engagement.
  • US Market Knowledge: Past experience working exclusively in the US geography, with a deep understanding of its market dynamics.
  • CXO Targeting Expertise: Demonstrated experience in targeting and engaging CXO-level executives.
