Job Description:

A sales and marketing executive in the real estate field drives revenue and builds brand awareness through marketing strategies and sales execution. They develop and execute marketing plans, manage digital campaigns, and collaborate with sales teams to promote properties. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans:
    This includes creating and implementing strategies to promote real estate properties, properties, and the overall brand. 


  • Manage digital marketing campaigns:
    This involves managing social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising efforts. 


  • Collaborate with sales teams:
    This includes working with sales teams to produce marketing materials, organize promotional events, and align sales efforts with marketing strategies. 


  • Conduct market research:
    This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and understanding customer behavior. 


  • Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness:
    This includes tracking campaign performance, analyzing results, and adjusting strategies as needed. 


  • Manage brand communication:
    This includes overseeing the brand's image and messaging across all channels. 


  • Drive sales and generate leads:
    This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and converting leads into sales. 


  • Maintain and update marketing assets:
    This includes ensuring websites, social media profiles, and marketing materials are up-to-date with current property listings and information. 


  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders:
    This involves fostering strong relationships with clients, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders. 



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree:
    A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is often required. 


  • Experience:
    Experience in real estate marketing or a similar industry is highly preferred. 


  • Skills:
    Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 


  • Knowledge:
    A good understanding of real estate market trends, property marketing strategies, and regulatory requirements is also important.
