Area Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage and expand our CO₂ business in Odisha, Kolkata, and Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and supporting business growth initiatives in the region.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Coordinate with logistics and plant teams for smooth and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on leads, and close orders.
- Maintain proper customer records, visit reports, and collection follow-up.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and communication.
- Report to the Senior Manager – Sales and support in regional marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers preferred; candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial or gas business (added advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Fluency in English and regional languages (Odia & Hindi preferred).
Compensation:
- Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives.
- Travel allowance and Mobile connection reimbursement as per company policy.
Work Location:
- Based at Bargarh, Odisha., with regular travel across West Bengal, and Chhattisgarh.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
