**About the Company**:
AFC Store is a leading retailer of building materials, paints, plumbing, and hardware products in Western Odisha. We are expanding our **Paints Division** and looking for enthusiastic team members who can deliver great customer service and drive sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers with paint shade selection and product information.
- Generate sales invoices, quotations, and maintain daily sales reports.
- Communicate with backend and warehouse teams for stock updates.
- Handle customer calls and coordinate orders.
- Keep the display area neat and attractive.
- Support promotional and branding activities at the store.
- Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate (any stream).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in front office or retail sales (paint or hardware store experience preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, WhatsApp).
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers politely.
- **Languages**: Odia, Hindi, and basic English.

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: ₹7500- ₹8500 per month (based on experience and performance)
- **Work Hours**: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Job Location**: AFC Store, Barahguda / Barpali / Bargarh

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
