Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure consistent service excellence.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquets.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and operational budgets.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with management to drive business performance and brand reputation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of hospitality systems and operational procedures.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and during events.
