Operation Executive – Factory Operations

Location: Bhubaneswar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Gender Preference: Male Candidate

Education Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing operational data, coordinating with banks and Vendors, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. This position demands strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Management: Maintain and update operational records in computer systems

* Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of factory data

* Generate periodic reports for internal review

* Customer Coordination: Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and queries

* Maintain customer records and feedback logs

* Support the sales and dispatch teams with client interactions

Candidate Requirements:

* Male candidate only

* Graduate in any discipline

* Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to multitask and work independently

* Prior experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus

Working Hours:

* Full-time position (Factory hours as per company policy)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
