**Roles & Responsibility:

The Logistic Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the supply chain, from transportation to warehousing and inventory management. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods, while maintaining accuracy and optimizing costs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability without overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
**2. Warehouse Operations**:* Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure proper storage practices to maintain product quality and safety.
- Implement and monitor KPIs related to warehouse performance.
**3. Order Processing**:* Oversee order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and transportation teams to meet customer delivery requirements.
**4. Vendor and Supplier Management**:* Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve cost savings and service improvements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery or quality.
**5. Documentation and Compliance**:* Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics operations.
- Prepare reports and analyses for management review.
**6.Transportation Management**:* Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Optimize routes, manage driver schedules, and reduce transportation costs.
- Resolve any transportation issues that may arise promptly.
**7. Process Improvement**:* Identify areas for process improvement within logistics operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
