Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations.
- Order entry, processing, and tracking to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order updates and resolutions.
- Coordinate and schedule shipment pickups with carriers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle count programs.
- Get and arrange freight quotes from forwarders.
- Prepare and dispatch sample shipments via courier services.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Skill Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
