**JOB SUMMARY**
We are looking for an Operation Executive **(Female)** to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
- **Strategic planning and execution**: Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures that align with the company's long-term goals. Analyse and identify areas for process improvement and greater cost-efficiency.
- **Team leadership and management**: Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high performance and productivity. Handle recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for employees.
- **Financial and budget management**: Oversee operational budgets, forecast future needs, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- **Quality assurance and compliance**: Implement and maintain quality control standards for products and services. Ensure that all operations comply with internal company policies,
- **Performance monitoring and reporting**: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management detailing performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
- **Problem-solving and risk management**: Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address day-to-day challenges and resolve conflicts effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Deal with and investigate employee complaints without any bias.
- Resolve disputes and other possible issues within the company.
- Counsels the patient and family/significant others in meeting nursing and related needs.
- Participates in and presents in-service programs.
- Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counselling, and career development for staff.
- Supervises and teaches other nursing personnel.
- Is available for on-call duty nights, weekends and holidays, as assigned.
- Manage Clients as per the requirement and maintain data base of Clients.
Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
**Responsibilities**
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor department’s budget
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an Operation Executive, or similar role
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- MBA in Marketing & Human Resources Management or relevant field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
