**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with sales, engineering, and installation teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of solar projects.
- **Client Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the procurement and management of solar equipment and materials, ensuring availability and quality standards.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct site assessments and quality checks to ensure installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in operations or project management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and industry standards is a plus.
- **Certifications**: Any relevant certifications in project management or renewable energy are advantageous.
