Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-focused and highly motivated Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will entail accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within computer systems and databases while maintaining data confidentiality and integrity. You will also assist in performing general computer operations and in generating reports, administrative tasks, and managing electronic records.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and correct data into databases, spreadsheets, and company computer systems precisely and efficiently.

Check data for gaps or errors, fix any incompatibilities, and validate output.

Retain and revise files, records, and other documents as required.

Make sure data are backed up regularly and safely.

Create reports, retrieve requested data, and execute database queries.

Ensure confidentiality and security of confidential data.

Conduct regular system checks and simple troubleshooting of computer equipment.

Help with administrative tasks like printing, scanning, and file organization.

Adhere to data entry guidelines and standards to produce high-quality output.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; computer training or certification is a plus.

Demonstrated experience as a data entry operator, computer operator, or equivalent.

Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management systems.

40–50 words per minute typing speed with high accuracy.

Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

Can work independently and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of IT/computer hardware and office equipment is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with database programs (e.g., MS Access, SQL-based programs).

Understanding of cloud-based data platforms or ERP systems.

Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

Full-time/Part-time; office-based or remote (as appropriate).

Standard office hours; occasional overtime may be necessary to achieve deadlines.

Pay: ₹25, ₹34,514.27 per month
