**Job Description: Data Entry Operator**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Accurately input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or other digital platforms.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records as required.
- **Quality Control**:

- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and correct data entry errors in a timely manner.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and generate reports based on entered data.
- Maintain logs of activities and tasks performed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with team members to gather and verify data.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to the supervisor for resolution.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to company policies and data management procedures.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in computer operations or data management are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as scanners and printers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
