**Position: Tele caller / Data Entry Operator**

**About Us**:
Humma Dairy is a growing whole milk company based in Odisha, dedicated to delivering quality dairy products across the state. We’re expanding and looking for a dedicated team member to join our support office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make and attend customer calls regarding inquiries, orders, and feedback
- Maintain accurate customer data in the system and update records as needed
- Support the backend team with data entry and customer follow-ups
- Help with basic CRM updates and documentation
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams for smooth order processing
- Maintain logs and daily reporting on communication and data tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass
- Must be comfortable with computer operations (Excel, Word, basic software)
- Outspoken with good communication skills for telecalling
- Ability to multitask and follow up with customers on time
- Basic typing and record-keeping skills

**Compensation**:
CTC: ₹1.2 - ₹2.0 LPA (Based on experience)
