**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Input, update, and maintain data across various databases and systems.
- **Data Verification**: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies as needed.
- **Record Keeping**: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
- **Reporting**: Generate and prepare reports based on data entered, summarizing key metrics and trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and resolve any issues.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with integrity and adhere to privacy regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Access).
- Basic understanding of data protection regulations and practices.

Pay: ₹25,525.43 - ₹34,323.85 per month
