Job Title: Project Manager for a Hotel Building Project

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of a Hotel Building Project in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, project planning, and site execution for government infrastructure or institutional building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from planning, execution, monitoring, to handover.
  • Coordinate with government departments, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work progress reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of work within cost and quality parameters.
  • Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage resources, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
  • Handle documentation, billing, and correspondence with the client and consultants.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost overruns.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred).
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably government or institutional works.
  • Proven experience in hotel, hospital, or institutional building projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and government tender procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
