Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sourcing Manager based in Aurangabad. The role involves identifying and sourcing real estate opportunities, analyzing market trends, building relationships with property owners and developers, and managing property acquisition processes. The manager will also negotiate deals, oversee site visits, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

  • Expertise in real estate sourcing, market analysis, and property acquisition
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of property management, leasing, and investment strategies
  • Attention to detail and ability to conduct due diligence efficiently
  • Proficiency in project management and working collaboratively with teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market dynamics in Aurangabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in real estate, sales, or property management is highly desirable
