About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Recruiting Manager who brings the passion and energy of a Sales Leader into recruitment. This is not a routine HR role we need someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys achieving goals, and delivers results with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver on defined hiring targets.
  • Handle Team of recruiters.
  • Create and execute innovative sourcing and conversion strategies.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan weekly and monthly recruitment goals.
  • Motivate and lead the recruitment team for consistent performance.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling ability.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for targets.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, and business-driven attitude.
  • Background in Sales, Marketing, or Recruitment (any mix works).
