About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Recruiting Manager who brings the passion and energy of a Sales Leader into recruitment. This is not a routine HR role we need someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys achieving goals, and delivers results with speed and precision.

- Experienced Recruiting Managers with a proven record of achieving hiring targets.
- Sales or Marketing professionals looking to transition into Recruitment.
- Candidates with a sales-driven, aggressive, and performance-focused approach to hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver on defined hiring targets.
- Handle Team of recruiters.
- Create and execute innovative sourcing and conversion strategies.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan weekly and monthly recruitment goals.
- Motivate and lead the recruitment team for consistent performance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling ability.
- Strong ownership and accountability for targets.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and business-driven attitude.
- Background in Sales, Marketing, or Recruitment (any mix works).
- Quick learner willing to switch from Sales/Marketing to Recruitment domain.
