The Assistant Manager – HR supports the HR Manager in managing all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training, and performance management. The role ensures smooth HR operations in line with hotel policies, labor laws, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in manpower planning as per departmental requirements
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, interviews, and selection
  • Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain healthy industrial relations and employee engagement activities
  • Support welfare initiatives, staff events, and motivation programs

Payroll & Attendance

  • Coordinate with Accounts for monthly payroll processing
  • Ensure accurate attendance, leave records, and overtime tracking
  • Manage HRIS / attendance systems (biometric / software)

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and PT
  • Maintain statutory registers and coordinate inspections if required
  • Support audits and statutory filings

Training & Development

  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training sessions
  • Maintain training records and support departmental training plans
  • Support performance appraisal processes

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
  • Prepare HR reports related to attrition, manpower, leave, and attendance
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
