QiWorks is looking to hire Digital Marketing Analysts with Minimum 1 to Maximum 5 years of experience. (No Freshers)

Strictly Work from Office (5 days a week)

1 open position (2, if we find a compelling candidate)

First 3 months will be an apprenticeship/probation.

Location: Kalyan Nagar, North Bangalore.

Typically 3 rounds of interviews. Could be done in 48 to 72 hours.

We are looking for a marketer to join our growing digital marketing team. The role requires hands-on experience with more than one area of outbound/direct marketing, performance marketing, social media, inbound, SEO and marketing automation. Willingness to learn other areas of marketing along the way is a must. Collaboration is a significant part of the work culture at Qi and even more so for a B2B marketing analyst. This means working with cross-functional teams internally and with customers. You will also need to build strong relationships with clients and drive impactful outcomes.

Essentials:

1 to 5 yrs in

a. Either a marketing agency or

b. hands-on B2B marketing product, SaaS, or services company.

c. D2C Experience.

  • Marketing specialization courses in undergraduate education (post graduate specialization in marketing is an added advantage).

  • Structured Digital courses from Online & Offline platforms are also acceptable

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to learn other areas of marketing along the way is a must.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to ensure high ROI.
  2. Drive traffic on the website to build a strong brand presence and increase share of voice through a strong understanding of SEO (both on-page and off-page).
  3. Grow the Social handles to drive the company's online presence. Proficient in making content calendars that align with strategic goals and analytics to help assess performance.
  4. Monitor key performance indicators of the business and make interventions to improve overall performance.
  5. Demonstrate proficiency in direct marketing & outbound programs.
  6. Engage with customers to help them identify precise ideal customer profiles and build targeted messaging for them.
  7. Build CRM journeys in marketing and sales tools.
  8. Manage & Update CMS for customers as required by the engagement.
