  • Inbound call center experience is required.
  • Emails and chats process experience can be considered.
  • Excellent communication, written English, Interpersonal & communication skills, problem solving skills.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize better customer experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Looking for immediate joiners
  • He/she should be good at Email Chat.
  • Strategic Plan, Execute, & assess the performance of individual CRM program Strategy within the internal team.

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS-

  • Candidates preferred from a Fashion Background.
  • 1-5yrs of experience in customer support is preferred.
  • A team oriented and targets driven
