SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run comprehensive technical audits (crawlability, indexation, CWV, schema, IA, redirects, robots/canonicals, sitemaps, pagination).
  • Design scalable site architecture & internal linking for B2B journeys (solutions industries use cases integrations resources).
  • Implement/validate structured data (Organization, Product/Software Application, FAQ, HowTo, Article, Video, Breadcrumb) and monitor rich results.
  • Lead international SEO at scale (hreflang, localization rules, canonical strategy, language switch UX).
  • Improve Core Web Vitals with engineering (LCP/INP/CLS, image/CDN policy, JS execution/hydration, caching, third-party controls).
  • Build dashboards (GA4 + GSC + Looker Studio; ideally BigQuery/SQL) for traffic, rank distribution, CTR, conversions, CWV pass-rates.
  • Drive B2B keyword strategy (BOFU/MOFU, comparison, RFP/integration/pain-point queries) and competitor gap analyses with impact/effort scoring.
  • Partner on content ops (briefs, on-page guidelines, interlinking patterns, migration/staging QA); ship release checklists & runbooks.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications

  • 4 5 years hands-on technical SEO for B2B/enterprise software (SaaS/services); proven non-brand growth on 500+ URL sites.
  • Strong grasp of HTML/CSS, SEO for JS-rendered sites, SSR/CSR, canonicals, faceted nav/pagination, redirects, robots.
  • Tools: GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Looker Studio, GTmetrix/Lighthouse, basic GTM.
  • International SEO (hreflang governance) and schema implementation/QA.
  • Analytics mindset (funnels, assisted conversions, landing analyses); basic SQL/BigQuery is a plus.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication; coachable, documentation-first, and bias to ship.
