experienced, hands-on SEO professional
who can think strategically, use modern AI tools intelligently, and manage this ecosystem from concept to continuous optimization.

Position Overview

We're looking for a
versatile SEO Specialist & Website Manager
with a strong mix of technical, analytical, and creative skills. This role goes beyond traditional SEO you'll manage the
entire lifecycle
of each website: from development and deployment to optimization, maintenance, and growth tracking.

You'll collaborate with AI content workflows, automation tools, and data platforms to ensure each domain performs at its highest potential in organic search rankings and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Website Development & Deployment (30%)

• Convert AI-generated HTML or WordPress content into fully functional, optimized websites.
• Set up and configure hosting environments for multiple domains (experience with bulk hosting is a plus).
• Implement responsive, mobile-first designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Install SSL certificates and manage domain-level DNS configurations.
• Create reusable templates for consistent design and structure across websites.
• Ensure HIPAA and healthcare content compliance.

2. SEO Strategy & Implementation (40%)

• Develop and execute tailored SEO strategies for each domain.
• Conduct detailed keyword research to enhance long-tail content targeting.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization (titles, headers, meta descriptions, schema markup, internal links, etc.).
• Build white-hat backlinks and collaborate with outreach tools or AI-assisted link-building systems.
• Optimize Google My Business and local SEO presence where applicable.
• Plan and maintain content calendars using AI-assisted topic research.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and continuously improve site performance.

3. Technical Setup & Tools (20%)

• Set up and manage
  Google Analytics 4
  ,
  Google Tag Manager
  , and
  Google Search Console
  across all properties.
• Configure
  Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
  for technical and competitive analysis.
• Implement caching, CDN (e.g., Cloudflare), and uptime monitoring tools.
• Automate backups and set up robust security/firewall systems.
• Deploy AI-powered auditing tools (e.g., SurferSEO, or ChatGPT for research, content writing, automation).

4. Ongoing Maintenance & Reporting (10%)

• Regularly monitor website uptime, security, and SEO health.
• Generate detailed monthly SEO and traffic reports.
• Track and analyze keyword rankings, CTR, and organic growth trends.
• Identify and fix indexing, crawl, or performance issues.
• Manage hosting renewals and domain expirations.
• Collaborate with content and design teams for periodic updates.
• Conduct A/B testing for conversion rate optimization.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

SEO Expertise:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven ranking results.
• Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates, ranking signals, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Experience with

Web Development & Hosting:

• Performance tools: PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Cloudflare.
• AI tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, NeuronWriter, or equivalent for workflow automation.
• Ability to write proper English prompts for AI tools.
• Project management: Jira.
