Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Technical SEO Specialist. The Technical SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting detailed SEO audits, analyzing website structure, and identifying areas for optimization. The role includes tasks such as keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO strategies, monitoring web analytics, tracking performance metrics, and implementing technical SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings. Collaboration with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout all digital content will also be part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
  • Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization
  • Understanding of technical SEO elements like site architecture, URL structure, and mobile optimization
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the digital marketing or creative industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
