Job Title: SEO/AEO Specialist

Experience: 4-5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a robust SEO strategy to significantly improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive AEO strategy to optimize content for answer boxes, featured snippets, and other rich results on search engines.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Technical SEO:

  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, site speed, sitemaps, , and structured data.
  • Ensure the website is technically sound and adheres to all search engine guidelines.

On-page & Off-page Optimization:

  • Lead all on-page SEO activities, including content optimization, meta tag creation, header tag implementation, and internal linking structures.
  • Manage and execute off-page SEO strategies, with a strong focus on high-quality and ethical link building.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners for link acquisition opportunities.

Content & AEO Optimization:

  • Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to ensure all new and existing content is fully optimized for both SEO and AEO.
  • Identify opportunities to restructure content to improve its chances of being selected for featured snippets and other AEO features.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide regular, data-driven reports to the marketing team and management on the progress and ROI of SEO and AEO initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated SEO role.
  • Proven expertise in managing all facets of SEO, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing AEO strategies to secure featured snippets and other rich results.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating significant organic ranking improvements and traffic growth.
