Role: SEO Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This mid-senior level role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in organic search and a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape. You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, improving search rankings, and contributing to pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and audience needs.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and content for both search engines and user experience.
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and web development teams to integrate SEO best practices.
  • Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
  • Build and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.
  • Support international SEO efforts, including hreflang implementation and geo-targeting.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and demand generation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of paid search and its synergy with organic efforts.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or related fields.
