We're looking for a Founder's Office Apprentice to work closely with Founder of Cozy Nook. This isn't a coffee-fetching role — you'll be part of daily operations, guest experiences, sales strategy, team coordination, and building the systems that scale a hospitality brand.

It's a 12-month unpaid fellowship, packed with learning, mentorship, and hands-on ownership. Perfect for doers who want to learn how to build a business from the ground up.

Responsibilities


• Work alongside the founder to manage daily operations, team communication, and guest experiences


• Coordinate between departments (front office, housekeeping, kitchen, sales)


• Assist with content creation, social media ideas, and storytelling


• Research trends in hospitality, guest experience, and operational systems


• Document processes, maintain checklists, and contribute to internal systems


• Join live projects like guest events, packages, or new service concepts


• Support sales follow-ups, marketing campaigns, and guest engagement strategies

Who We're Looking For


• Students or fresh graduates in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related fields


• Strong written and verbal communication; social media/content skills are a bonus


• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguity-rich environment


• Passionate about hospitality, startups, and learning how to build something real


• Self-managed, detail-driven, and action-biased


• Bonus if you've led a college club, attended a hackathon, or shipped a personal project
