**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for accurately processing and managing invoices
- Issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
- Verify invoice details, including billing addresses, product descriptions, and pricing.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all invoices, payments, and correspondence.
- Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and resolve billing issues
- Track and manage the status of invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Collaborate with the auditor for the branch audit.
- Work with tax consultant for company income tax matters

**Required Skills**:

- Good skills in accounting and P&L calculation
- Mandatory Excel, Office skills with Pivot tables and formulas
- Experience or knowledge in working with any accounting, invoicing or sales management tool like Tally, Salesforce etc.
- Good communication skills

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
