Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (B2B SaaS) based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing the complete sales cycle, conducting market research, generating leads, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with the product team to align business strategies with customer needs. This role requires frequent client interactions to establish and expand the company's presence in the B2B SaaS market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management, particularly in the B2B SaaS space.
- Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to strategize and execute growth initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales analytics, and other business development software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with design technology, project management tools, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
