Role Overview

HP Industrial Associates is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to expand our presence in the plastics and rubber industries across the Bengaluru industrial belt. This is a field-based role involving direct engagement with manufacturers, plant managers, and purchase teams to drive sales, provide technical support, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and acquire new customers in the plastics and rubber manufacturing sectors.


• Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and technical discussions with clients.


• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.


• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and service follow-up.


• Maintain structured reports, sales pipelines, and customer engagement records.


• Build strong relationships with purchase heads, production teams, and decision-makers.

• Minimum 1 year field sales experience in plastics, rubber, or related industries (mandatory

).
• Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hind
