About the Role
We are hiring an experienced, strategically minded Senior Paid Ads Specialist to lead our presence across the Meta advertising ecosystem (Facebook and Instagram). This role requires a minimum of 3 years of verifiable, high-budget campaign management experience in either E-commerce or High-Volume Lead Generation. The specialist will be crucial in managing complex campaigns for our international client base. We highly prefer candidates based in Delhi or the NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Meta Platform Mastery: Plan, build, launch, and manage advanced advertising campaigns within the Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network) across all objectives (Conversions, Traffic, Engagement, Reach).
- Business Model Focus: Demonstrate proven ability to drive profitable growth in either:
- E-commerce: Optimizing Catalog Sales, utilizing Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and driving high-volume sales.
- Lead Generation: Minimizing CPL (Cost Per Lead), improving lead quality, and integrating Meta Leads seamlessly with CRM systems.
- International Strategy: Develop and execute tailored paid social strategies for a portfolio of international clients, adapting content, targeting, and budget allocation to perform in diverse global markets.
- Audience Development: Expertly utilize the Meta data ecosystem to create, test, and refine advanced audiences: Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and detailed Interest/Behavioral targeting.
- Creative Testing & Ad Fatigue: Manage rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, placements (especially Reels and Stories), and funnel stages to prevent ad fatigue and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Technical Implementation: Oversee the proper implementation and troubleshooting of the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) to ensure accurate tracking, especially post-iOS privacy updates.
- Budget & Scaling: Manage and allocate significant advertising budgets, focusing on identifying winning creatives/campaigns and scaling them profitably while maintaining target CPA/ROAS goals.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed performance analysis, weekly/monthly reports, and actionable strategic insights to clients and internal teams regarding campaign performance, spend efficiency, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with large, measurable budgets.
- Platform Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram advertising).
- Business Specialization: Proven success in delivering high-performance results for either E-commerce or Lead Generation businesses.
- Client Management: Experience managing and reporting on campaigns for International Clients is essential.
- Location Preference: Candidates based in Delhi or the NCR region are strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Meta Pixel/CAPI implementation, tracking methodologies, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data (ad metrics, post-campaign analysis) and translate findings into scalable growth strategies.
