Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist with a strong background in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience, preferably in a digital agency setting, a proven track record of driving results, and experience managing international clients or projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across lead generation and eCommerce accounts.
  • Conduct audience research, ad copywriting, and creative strategy to improve performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPL, and conversions.
  • Set up and manage tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and other analytics tools.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign structures.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients or internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design visuals and messaging that align with campaign goals.
  • Manage campaigns for international clients, ensuring campaigns meet global standards and localization requirements.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads.
  • Experience in digital agencies preferred.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
  • Experience managing international clients or projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and ad tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing funnels, CRO, and remarketing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
